Technical preview 5 for Windows Server and System Center 2016
Microsoft has released the final preview of the new versions of Windows Server and System Center Suite. Since it is the last technical preview and thus "feature complete" and that fact that a Microsoft now autumn as date of publication called employee, lets hope that the original plans to release the RTM (release to manufacturing) version in Q3, 2016, seem still realistic.
No significant new features compared to TP4 are included in Windows Server 2016 TP5. Here one has focused to improve "shielded VMs" and "softwaredefined network, storage and compute".
Quite different when the System Center Suite, many new features to list here. Ranging from huge performance improvements over some new portals to managing Nano servers. The main focus, however, is under the management of hybrid adopters. With the connection to the Microsoft Operations Management Suite as an AddOn to System Center, the hybrid approach is a round thing.
